El plazo de desistimiento expirar\u00e1 a los 30 d\u00edas del d\u00eda en que usted adquiera, o un tercero por usted indicado, distinto del transportista, adquiera la posesi\u00f3n material de los bienes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, deber\u00e1 informarnos (AH PROJECTS Kft., Forraskut street 54, 9012 Gyor, Hungr\u00eda, hello@, Phone: +361411) de su decisi\u00f3n de cancelar este contrato mediante una declaraci\u00f3n clara (por ejemplo, una carta enviada por correo postal o electr\u00f3nico). Puede utilizar el modelo de formulario de cancelaci\u00f3n adjunto, pero no es obligatorio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para cumplir el plazo de cancelaci\u00f3n, basta con que env\u00ede su comunicaci\u00f3n relativa al ejercicio del derecho de cancelaci\u00f3n antes de que expire el plazo de cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>Efectos de la anulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de desistimiento por su parte, le reembolsaremos todos los pagos recibidos de usted, incluidos los gastos de entrega (con excepci\u00f3n de los gastos suplementarios derivados de la elecci\u00f3n por su parte de un tipo de entrega distinto del tipo menos costoso de entrega ordinaria que ofrezcamos), sin ninguna demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, a m\u00e1s tardar 14 d\u00edas a partir del d\u00eda en que se nos informe de su decisi\u00f3n de desistir del presente contrato. Efectuaremos el reembolso utilizando el mismo medio de pago que usted utiliz\u00f3 para la transacci\u00f3n inicial, salvo que usted haya acordado expresamente lo contrario; en cualquier caso, usted no incurrir\u00e1 en ning\u00fan gasto como consecuencia de dicho reembolso. Podremos retener el reembolso hasta haber recibido los bienes o hasta que usted haya presentado una prueba de haberlos devuelto, seg\u00fan qu\u00e9 condici\u00f3n se cumpla primero.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deber\u00e1 devolvernos o entregarnos los bienes sin ninguna demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, a m\u00e1s tardar en el plazo de 14 d\u00edas a partir de la fecha en que nos comunique su desistimiento del presente contrato. El plazo se considerar\u00e1 cumplido si devuelve los bienes antes de que haya transcurrido el plazo de 14 d\u00edas. Usted deber\u00e1 correr con los gastos directos de devoluci\u00f3n de los bienes.
