Nuestra pol\u00edtica de reembolsos y devoluciones dura 30 d\u00edas. Si han pasado 30 d\u00edas desde tu compra, no podemos ofrecerte un reembolso o cambio completo.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Reembolsos<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Una vez recibida e inspeccionada su devoluci\u00f3n, le enviaremos un correo electr\u00f3nico para notificarle que hemos recibido su art\u00edculo devuelto. Tambi\u00e9n le notificaremos la aprobaci\u00f3n o el rechazo de su devoluci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Si se aprueba, se procesar\u00e1 el reembolso y se aplicar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente un cr\u00e9dito a su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito o m\u00e9todo de pago original, normalmente en un plazo de 3 a 5 d\u00edas laborables.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Reembolsos atrasados o no efectuados<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Si a\u00fan no ha recibido el reembolso, compruebe primero de nuevo su cuenta bancaria.<\/span><\/p>\n

      A continuaci\u00f3n, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con la entidad emisora de su tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito, ya que el reembolso puede tardar alg\u00fan tiempo en hacerse efectivo oficialmente.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Para devolver su producto, recibir\u00e1 un correo electr\u00f3nico con las instrucciones de nuestro servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Los gastos de env\u00edo de la devoluci\u00f3n correr\u00e1n por su cuenta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Dependiendo de d\u00f3nde viva, el tiempo que puede tardar en llegarle el producto intercambiado puede variar.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Si va a devolver art\u00edculos m\u00e1s caros, puede considerar la posibilidad de utilizar un servicio de env\u00edo con seguimiento o contratar un seguro de env\u00edo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
