Lehota na odst\u00fapenie od zmluvy uplynie po 30 d\u0148och odo d\u0148a, ke\u010f nadobudnete tovar do fyzick\u00e9ho vlastn\u00edctva vy alebo vami ur\u010den\u00e1 tretia strana, ktor\u00e1 nie je dopravcom.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ak chcete uplatni\u0165 pr\u00e1vo na zru\u0161enie, mus\u00edte n\u00e1s informova\u0165 (AH PROJECTS Kft., Forraskut street 54, 9012 Gyor, Ma\u010farsko, hello@, Tel: +361411) o svojom rozhodnut\u00ed zru\u0161i\u0165 t\u00fato zmluvu jasn\u00fdm vyhl\u00e1sen\u00edm (napr. listom zaslan\u00fdm po\u0161tou alebo e-mailom). M\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017ei\u0165 prilo\u017een\u00fd vzor formul\u00e1ra na zru\u0161enie zmluvy, nie je to v\u0161ak povinn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na dodr\u017eanie lehoty na odst\u00fapenie od zmluvy sta\u010d\u00ed, ak ozn\u00e1menie o uplatnen\u00ed pr\u00e1va na odst\u00fapenie od zmluvy odo\u0161lete pred uplynut\u00edm lehoty na odst\u00fapenie od zmluvy.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>\u00da\u010dinky zru\u0161enia<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ak odst\u00fapite od tejto zmluvy, vr\u00e1time v\u00e1m v\u0161etky platby, ktor\u00e9 sme od v\u00e1s prijali, vr\u00e1tane n\u00e1kladov na doru\u010denie (s v\u00fdnimkou dodato\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov, ktor\u00e9 vznikn\u00fa, ak ste si vybrali in\u00fd typ doru\u010denia ako nami pon\u00fakan\u00fd najlacnej\u0161\u00ed typ \u0161tandardn\u00e9ho doru\u010denia), a to bez zbyto\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu a v ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade najnesk\u00f4r do 14 dn\u00ed odo d\u0148a, ke\u010f sme boli informovan\u00ed o va\u0161om rozhodnut\u00ed odst\u00fapi\u0165 od tejto zmluvy. N\u00e1hradu vykon\u00e1me s pou\u017eit\u00edm rovnak\u00e9ho platobn\u00e9ho prostriedku, ak\u00fd ste pou\u017eili pri p\u00f4vodnej transakcii, pokia\u013e ste sa v\u00fdslovne nedohodli inak; v ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade v\u00e1m v d\u00f4sledku takejto n\u00e1hrady nevznikn\u00fa \u017eiadne poplatky. \u00dahradu m\u00f4\u017eeme zadr\u017ea\u0165, k\u00fdm nedostaneme tovar sp\u00e4\u0165 alebo k\u00fdm n\u00e1m nepredlo\u017e\u00edte d\u00f4kaz o odoslan\u00ed tovaru sp\u00e4\u0165, pod\u013ea toho, \u010do nastane sk\u00f4r.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tovar n\u00e1m za\u0161lete sp\u00e4\u0165 alebo ho odovzd\u00e1te bez zbyto\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu a v ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade najnesk\u00f4r do 14 dn\u00ed odo d\u0148a, ke\u010f n\u00e1m ozn\u00e1mite svoje odst\u00fapenie od tejto zmluvy. Lehota je dodr\u017ean\u00e1, ak tovar odo\u0161lete sp\u00e4\u0165 pred uplynut\u00edm 14-d\u0148ovej lehoty. Priame n\u00e1klady na vr\u00e1tenie tovaru zn\u00e1\u0161ate vy.
